The pollsters have pretty much admitted that they didn't think the rural voters would over-perform the polls. Jill Stein is an idiot if she doesn't think the exit polling which confirms higher rural voting, confirms the election results.

She's grasping at straws because she now realizes that her candidacy may have helped Trump win and she's feeling guilty.

Thanks Jill. You did your part to help America be great again. Or at least help America not get worse at the hands of Hillary.

Also, last I read about it, she will come out of this $8million or more to the good with no restrictions on how she uses the money. Lakeside Dacha alongside the Sanders?

The Michigan Supreme Court has denied Jill Stein's appeal. It looks to me like they declined to hear it leaving the COA opinion in place.

I suppose she could appeal the federal order stopping the recount to the sixth circuit, but that looks like a dead end to me. The state law issues are now foreclosed and there's nothing particularly federal about what is left.
