This is a bit curiouser than I thought.
Ebola caused meningitis in nurse Pauline Cafferkey - BBC News

A Scottish nurse who contracted Ebola while working in West Africa is recovering well after the virus caused her to develop meningitis.
    ...
"This is the original Ebola virus that she had many months ago, which has been lying inside the brain, replicating at a very low level probably, and has now re-emerged to cause this clinical illness of meningitis. And this is obviously a serious thing."
    ...
Meningitis has been seen in Ebola patients in West Africa during this outbreak, but only at the height of their initial infection.
    This is completely different.
The virus has resurged months later and has been contained to just her brain and spinal cord.

It appears from what I've been reading that Ebola isn't necessarily eradicated (it can still exist in hard to test/treat areas like eyes, brain and the spinal cord) even after the blood tests negative. It also does enough damage to the body that it leaves you open to other diseases, much like AIDS.

What is worse is that of all the antibiotics, only a few cross the blood/brain barrier in sufficient levels to be effective. I hope the treatment will not involve placing an EVD with direct intraspinal/ intracranial antibiotic administration. That will be bad.....

    Sexually transmitted Ebola!?

We know how awesome that continent did containing AIDS. About as well as Obama containing ISIS.

This is going to be a mess!

It's always been know to be sexually transmitted. Swappin bodily fluids and all. As more people actually survive the disease, we are learning more about how long it remains present in certain parts of the body.

did u think humans could kill it.

Humans could eradicate ebola, but the necessary means require unacceptable ethical and moral compromises to people like us, and political jeopardy for the people who could actually make it happen (most of them are not bound in any meaningful way by ethics or morality).
