DTSB Events this weekend caught my eye.

Just saw a story on Fox 28 up here. The city of South Bend is having a big 150th birthday bash this weekend.
Towards the end of the story they showed several 'rules' in effect for the weekend. The last one "No weapons allowed" really got my attention.
I believe the city is trying to flex their muscle. Of course I'll be carrying if I go downtown this weekend.
