Concealed carry jacket

Anyone have one? How do you like it?

I received a mail order catalog.
Inside was a black leather vest.
As I read the description.
Inside was two pockets designed for easy access firearm.
The price was very reasonable (under $30.).
The vest has patches sewn on to look like motorcycle vest.
The pockets are deep and easy to access from both hands.
ONE problem, the pockets are made of a satin like material.
It does not hold up in long use.

I'm thinking of picking up one from Rural King this weekend. The jacket in question is a Berne and is supposed to have multiple pockets a gun can be carried in. My wife saw it the other day while working and thought I'd like it. I'm supposed to go Saturday and see if I like it. I'll report back here if I end up picking it up.

I use a pocket "sticky" holster in my Vest pocket, works good! I wonder what gun the pockets fit? LCP or a Model 29 S&W.

Big R has the Berne coat and a Berne vest also. I looked them over just the other day, I thought they were both nice for the money.

It is very nice for a farmer, I had a SCotteVest Alpha jacket, it is by far the BEST concealed carry coat in the free world!

Pretty sure that's it. I'll be taking a look at it Saturday and if I like it the wife will pick it up for me on Sunday when she works. They have an employee sale that day so I'll get it for 20% off

No, unfortunately not. I think it's around 10% for guns and ammo. I'll probably have her pick up a case of 9mm as well, as long as they have something on sale.

I guess I just thought the Berne stuff was sort of a Carhardt knock off, but that is a good looking coat.

Not a clue. Just happened to see a lot of Berne coats there and though they looked pretty good. When the wife said one was a concealed carry jacket, I thought I'd go look at it more closely to see what I thought. None of my current jackets are setup to hold a gun very conveniently, so we'll see how this coat does.

I have a Sig Tac jacket and it is the very best.
It is too bad they discontinued it.
I can conceal a full size pistol on either side with no printing.
Might be able to find one on E-Bay.
