Tonight we saw the difference between a good team and a bad team.

Good teams can get their butts kicked for three and a half quarters and come back to win.

Bad teams can dominate 80% of the game and find a way to lose.

Ok playing devils advocate for a minute. I agree full contact practice puts players at risk for injury. But, are softer practices at least partly to blame for everyone being so gassed and on their heels for almost the whole 4th Q? Maybe to some degree

I think at the professional level it should be up to the player to see that he is in shape.

When playing a quality team a missed extra point is costly. The game would have been over in regulation if not for that.

But in all fairness the kickers blew it! The lineman that let the kick get blocked blew it!

Plenty of blame to go way beyond the depleted D...

Idk man, Kicker has some kind of injury maybe limiting him??

They were up 25-9 at the start of the 4th. Offense didn't score in the 4th, D gave away the farm in the 4th. Maybe Sanchez should have kicked that last attempt but was it within his range? I don't know.
Plenty of blame to go around for sure

I only played 1yr in high school before finding other interests. But I have an uncle that was a very successful coach in TN and he always said Offense wins games but you gotta have a good D to win championships.

So now we really have zero margin for error the rest of the season.

We have three really good teams left to play (Arizona, Tampa, and Buffalo)

The other nine are average or bad.

Have to go 9-3 minimum to have a shot at the division. Tennessee isn’t running away with it, they just lost to the freakin Jets.

Win the division? That's a pretty lofty goal man
