    Picked up a Colt 1903 32 auto today.
    Made in 1921 org. grips and org. magazine.
    I dont know why, but I love these old Colts

    Your gun was actually a common "gangster" pocket gun. Lots of the famous ones had one on them all the time.. There was a famous Army General that carried one throughout WWII. The name escapes me right now.

    Patton frequently carried one. They were actually issued to general officers. John Dillinger had one on him when he was gunned down in Chicago.

    Have one that is a family earloom, was my great grandfathers. I actually took it out a few months ago and ran about 30 rounds through it. It's a fun little gun, very low recoil, crip trigger, but I had quite a few FTF/stove pipes with both the original mag and after market mag. Mainly the 1st or 2nd round in the mag. (A real pain to break down, clean and reassemble).
