ar 15 assembly help

I am looking for a local gunsmith in indy area to assemble my ar 15 upper. I just dont have all the tools needed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am building my first AR just a carbine with stanadard handguards for now. Looks like I will be checking out Bradis. Have heard nothing but good things about them. Thanks
