At 11:30pm i started voting and my first vote said it was 58% NO. After 22 votes, it was at 60% and i tried wnother 13 democratic votes and over loaded my phone system or wndu shut me out..lol idk.

FYI......No need to clear cookies or such if you use private browsers. Just open as many tabs as your browser will handle at a time.
