    Officer Talley and the other officers first on the scene immediately engaged with the shooter. Talley paid with his life, but doubtless saved many, many other innocent civilians.
    At least one person in this thread believes the response wasn't fast enough.

    "Officers at the scene spotted the man leaving the bathroom and quickly took him into custody. According to police, his weapons included two long guns and four pistols, all of which were concealed."

    Is it wrong that the first thing I thought was that the associate of the "cropped" really should be carrying more ammo with that load out before being offered that award? ...no way I'd take on the weight of a shotgun for 5 rounds.

    I'm also concerned that old boy is rocking quite the Costanza wallet and appears to have 2 phones on him.
