Anyone have any suggestions on trigger work for the Ruger .44 Carbine? Pull is heavy and looking to decrease if possible. I know I can run it into Gander Mountain (yikes) and have them work on it...... but thought it would be just as easy to geta complete new assembly. Have heard mixed results having someone "work" the trigger and didnt want to destroy it so close to deer season. Timney and Volq don't make one or I could just purchase and drop one in (sorta).

Checking to see if anyone has done any work on their .44 Ruger Carbine or could make some suggestions.

    Thanks,

Try Indygunworks on this site. I don't know about the Ruger options but he did a great trigger job on my Encore.

Clarkes in Louisiana make drop in triggers, sears, etc that require little or no fitting. Call before ordering online to avoid grabbing the wrong part

I will check Indy out. There are a few guys up North here that are being recommended as well. Just need to get off my butt and do it.
