    I've been trying to contact them for weeks via multiple submissions on their website, sending four emails to their office and leaving three voicemails with their sales department. The voicemails of both their service and parts departments are full and not accepting messages.

    They absolutely refuse to respond. No idea what's going on with them, but that's garbage customer service. Absolute -1 for their customer support.

    Going to look for other manufacturers at this point. It's a shame, they were supposed to be one of the best.

    I’m looking for specifics on parts they use to make their imports compliant. Wanted to speak with a technical person but can’t get ahold of anyone.

    On the ZPAP they use the following US parts: buttstock, lower handguard, gas tube upper handguard, pistol grip, slant brake, magazine follower, magazine base plate.

    I believe this is correct. James Reeves of TFBTV did a video recently of a factory tour and the plant manager actually stated all the parts they use to make the rifles 922r compliant.

    Appreciate the input, thank you @knutty and @NyleRN . I'll watch that video and see if it answers my questions.

    Still a problem that they don't return phone calls, emails, etc. That was the meat and potatoes of the original post. Can't order products and parts directly when they don't pick up the phone. Just shows a general disinterest in helping the end users.
