    So because you have convinced yourself that only Trump is "standing up to left" you are making it clear that you will mindlessly follow him into any position or stance, from "take the guns first" to supporting CCP control of propaganda apps?

    While there may be some not everything is simply nit picking. Tell me this, would it not be a bit eyebrow raising to you if what @SheepDog4Life posted were about DeSantis?

    I haven't been following this very closely as I feel it, like the majority of the shameful cases against Trump, are "Trump-only" prosecutions, *** persecutions. (like I've indicated multiple times, I think the secure documents and obstruction of subpoena case is the only legitimate prosecution)

    Was the transcript of the call also only from the illegal recording? If so, flush the whole case.

    And, to re-iterate after the previous discussion, I'm not one who thinks "find the votes" is a smoking gun to manufacture fraudulent votes... doesn't even approach "and Pence gavels Trump re-elected".

    Rand marches to the beat of a different drummer... Bless him... and I'm glad he does because I would prefer "misses" on the big C Constitution side rather than vice versa... but in this case I think he is wrong, or at the very least, misguided. If the bill had anything to do with "content", then yes, it would be a 1A issue. It doesn't and it's not.

    It is solely about ownership and very specifically about ownership by individuals and entities identified in the law as "foreign adversaries"... so I think he's misguided on any "takings" implications as well. That some multi-billionaires have sunk boatloads of money into a CCP controlled venture, well I think this has been brewing for so long that "Caveat emptor" applies.

    If, as you fail to mention in Trump's case, that hypothetical democrat politician had raised concerns about voting irregularities, the validity of which could be easily determined, and asked for an examination of said claims in order to find more legitimate votes, they would be on sound grounds to make such a request
