Call around to local butchers they can give you a price to slaughter your hog or cow. Go to a local livestock auction buy whichever and take it to the butcher that gives you the best deal.I'm 100% ignorant but curious about buying whole or half a pig or cow. I assume it saves money? If so, why?
That said, I'm interested in buying so if we have any members in the business let me know.
