Trump's lawyers now have more work, more time. More press of him being unqualified and J6. Less time for him to focus on winning. His big problem that we must look past, I'm told. It's a smart tactic. They know it won't stick. Lawfare, remember?
Will you acknowledge that their “lawfare” is moving the needle more than if Trump spent millions on a traditional campaign?

There is no doubting that the lawfare effect has played a part in the advancement of the Trump campaign. If they are going to do it, then we are going to use it as part of the campaign. It's working so far.

Was NY AG Letitia James who was successful in her bid to get a judgement to fleece Trump with an assist from a like-minded judge accomplice using campaign donations to fund an extravagant lifestyle?

Was she also getting donations from "ghost" donors?

Polling and I agree, but only way to find out.
Speaking of polling. (Usual disclaimer I am not a big fan of polling.)

“A new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll recently asked, "Do you think Donald Trump is someone who will shake up the country for the better or do you think he is a danger to democracy and will hopelessly divide the country if elected?"

“A shocking — and walloping — 65% of Gen Zers polled said Trump would shake things up for the better, while 35% thought him to be a "danger to democracy."

“Every age group except those 65 years and older believes Trump will shake things up for the good, but the Gen Z group went in for Trump by the largest margin.

No shocker there. GenZ can not afford to grow up and do things like own or even rent a place to live. It is not shocking at all they want the system shaken up.
