Yup. Unfortunately the numbers of days it takes to orbit the Sun is not an integer, and a Moon based calendar will not track with the seasons.

The current Gregorian calendar is probably the best we can do.

If you haven’t looked into the matter before, you should go look up the dates of 5 through 14 October 1582.
