This isn't Netflix, but Amazon Prime is showing a marathon of the old 1960's F.B.I. series with Inspector Erskine on their "Live TV" link.
They must've been restored because the color and video quality are very good.

But it's still funny with some of the shooting I remember from when I was a kid.
Last night Inspector Erskine dropped a running bad guy with ONE shot from 100 yards or so with a snubnose revolver. :lmfao:
    Well, hes FBI after all!

    Well, hes FBI after all!
When I was a kid when these were prime time, I used to laugh how the bad guy would ambush an FBI agent from point blank range, and miss with every shot.

In fact, I remember even Mad Magazine made fun of the "bad guys gun" from this show that was incapable of hitting anything.

Then the bad guy would run away, and from an impossible distance, the FBI would shoot him as he ran and drop him with one shot from a snub nosed revolver.
Total BS that I could even see as an elementary aged kid. :lmfao:

    :)

It didn't really sink in, until you mentioned the above.

A popular TV series that we watched every week was Canon. Math teacher in Jr high was using Canon as an example of "distance" mattering to the equation. He explained that Canon was unrealistic because a bad guy with a rifle could not hit Canon, but Canon could kill him at distance with his snub nose. Good education, but left me broken hearted about my TV hero. :crying:

I just watched "Nobody" on Amazon Prime. I liked it a lot.

However....why can no one writing a movie just google a car fact? "It's a '72 Challenger...4.9L V8." No...no, not at all right. First, NO ONE refers to a '72 Challenger engine by liters. Second, and more importantly a '72 Challenger had a 318 or 340. I would even accept a 360, 383, 426 or 440 because swaps can happen over 50 years. Pick one. 4.9L? No. a 300 Ford I6? A 302 Ford V8? a (rare) Chevy 302 smallblock? C'mon...it's right there on google.

Anyhoo, fun movie. The end is kinda like an ultra violent Home Alone.

I watched the first episode of Yellowstone quite a while back and just didn't get into it. On a whim I started it again a couple days ago and am hooked. Yeah, I know that is like shouting "water is wet!" but I was surprised. Mercury must have been in retrograde the first time.

I was sorta like that. I usually give a show three episodes before I decide whether I will stick with it or not.

With Yellowstone, it took 3 seasons before I was hooked. But I haven't gone beyond season 4. Not really sure I want to. I thought season 4 wrapped it up fine for me.
