Not really the same thing. Fast Wok wasn't shut down by police. They closed because of the crime in the area.

They are blaming ANOTHER clerical error but he's back in custody. He should have never been released. They reference a "judicial officer" but that is NOT a Judge. Judges do want to work nights/weekends. We used to have them 24hrs a day. Not any more. Bail reform dictates a quick release based on a matrix, that is what they used.

Go back and read the original post of this thread. Now think about the idiot who just got re-elected as mayor. The dream of a world class city is quickly fading because Indy is becoming a third world city full of crime, lawlessness, breakdown of the judicial system, and a haven for a constituency that only wants more government handouts. Y’all know what I’m talking about but nobody wants to say it and acknowledge it.

Couldn't really think of a better place to put this one. It's not worth it's own thread.

Suspected shooter was fired from KFC earlier in the day, likely over some baby mama drama. A female co-worker is pregnant with his baby (allegedly). That same co-worker has two kids with another guy that works there. The same guy that ended up with a bullet in his brain.

Suspected reportedly threatened to come back to the KFC and "shoot all the white people," but I'm sure that little detail is irrelevant.

Imagine getting cucked so hard you get a bullet in the head from the guy who replaced you.

A single level 3 felony. Not a hate crime or attempted murder, to declare in front of witnesses your racial hatred and then shoot a member of that race (presumably) in the head?

Tippecanoe County: We haven't had a judge go to prison this century

Clark County: We haven't had a judge go to the county jug for drunken rage fighting at a fast food restaurant this weekend

Lake County: We haven't have a judge go to federal prison . . . today, *cell phone beeps*

We haven't had a Lake County Judge go to prison during the course of my career (25 years)....but the federal lockup is lousy with Region mayors and sheriffs....and a preacher or two.
