    I’m with kokomo Dave, seems more like a seizure than a stroke having witnessed my grandma having had them in front of me, a petite mal you go still and sometimes kind of grunt or moan. He didn’t really have any stroke indicators like a drooping face or loss of motor control (falling down or slumping over)
