@Trigger Time I found this on GB, not sure exactly what you have but may give you a starting point? Most of the completed sales seemed to be in this ballpark.

Thank you so much! Now I need to decide which one to sell. One has the A2 upper, one is a flattop. They're both trade in rifles
One one lower has the restricted mark. I'm thinking I'll sell the flat top. I put a knights Armament rail on it, and mbuis rear sight snd a surefire grip light.
I had 800 in mind so I'm not too far off then. Someone will get a fir price and I will be happy too

I was never a sprinter but could chew up the miles at a steady pace. The last half marathon I ran was in 2014 (age 58 just before I ****** up my spinal cord) in 1 hr, 45 mins or just under 8 min miles. I probably weighed about 180 at the time. My morning runs were usually 4 miles and I could do close to 7 min miles. Miss those days.

Ugh. My best half is a 1:44:45. Always ran about that through my 40s.

I think times should be handicapped by weight and age. That would turn my 8:00 into a 7:20 so we ran about the same times.

    :-)

Morning everyone, I'm back trying to catch up. My dad passed a couple weeks ago and required around the clock care for about the month prior. GPT hasn't been on the priority list. Things are getting better and that's as good as can be expected.

So sorry to hear of your loss.

    Grab some GpT. Always helpful.

WingRider - my deepest condolences for the loss of your Father.

My dad has been gone since 1983 and mother shortly after that in 1985.

Whirlwind days were those - I am sure you too are going through it now.

Know of my prayer for you and the family and for the eternal repose of your father.

If you want to waste a little time watching an eagles nest with eaglets:

I was driving home yesterday from Osgood in the morning around 8:30 and i saw this huge black animal standing next to a downed carcass of a deer.
The deer was only 40' from the roadway.

When I kept looking at the animal it was looking like a bird - and not just a bird but a Flippin' Bald Eagle.!!

He would look up and then go back down for another bite and then come up, rinse repeat.

So cool to see it so very close to the road.

    Sorry for your loss.
It doesn’t get much tougher than that, in my experience.

Well the marines teach you the perfect technique for running 3 miles.

You start by smoking a cig, make sure you’re not hung over, you want to still have you buzz from the night at tobies. Then when you start, sprint to the lead to exert your dominance. Then you sprint until you’re too tired, call yourself a b***ch and sprint again, repeat for 3 miles. Collapse, call for doc, he’ll have your smokes or dip ready, then if that doesn’t work, he’ll wink at you and mention something about a silver bullet…
    Hope the link works...

Facebook targeted me based on you guys and your stupid running discussion.
