I never cease to be amazed at how folks confuse or conflate well warranted disgust for the central government of the united States with disgust for the people of the united States.

I can never cease to be amazed at how many people want to cut off their nose to spite their face. I get it, this admin is horrific. The uniparty sucks. But do we need to destroy everything in an effort to “show them”? You realize they don’t give a **** about anything but themselves and the power they hold which makes them money. Run the country into the ground … they’ll be fine. They have the wealth to do whatever they want. We don’t.

I've never considered any a friend simply because they are an enemy of my enemy. Friendship is rare and not treated lightly.

I think I have it figured out. I used to think that politics were on a 2 dimensional continuum, like a number line. 0 is independent; the more left you are, the more liberal, and of course, the more right, the more conservative. Lately, both sides have grown and extended their respective extremes, which pretty much makes communication between them impossible.

But I've come to learn that I was wrong. It's not a simple number line. It's like a Möbius Strip. It turns out that if one goes far enough to the extremes, be it left or right, they end up meeting the other extreme. You'd need quantum mechanics and multivariate calculus to figure out how that works.

How do I know this? Because that quote above sounds just like some crazy Jane Fonda ****.

Maybe some folks should turn the radio dial a bit right and left and get a diverse spectrum of input. The US lies its ass off. Our leaders haven’t earned your instinctive trust. The Russians lies its ass off. They certainly haven’t earned any trust.

I don’t believe the US side completely. I don’t believe the Russian narrative completely. The only facts I believe at this point is that after the Russian planes intercepted the Drone, the drone crashed into the water. Both sides agree with that much.
