    Up @ 4:15...still got 8 hours.

    I'm good.

Still crawling back with this deeeeeeeep cough.

Today is starting out good tho'...no coughing last night or right now...win, right??
I'd pay money for eight hours of sleep. I seem to have gotten into this routine of 3 hours of sleep...1-2 hours of wide awake and then broken sleep.

It is probably just the excitement of getting a couple black powder pistols?

Sorry to hear that. I've been struggling myself, though I normally do better than that (6 - 7 hours on average). Once a week I take a benadryl to force myself to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep. I'm a bit draggy when I first get up, but after a couple of cups of coffee I'm spun up pretty well.

I did buy some NyQuil Zzz Ultra and took it once. Did sleep most of the night but you can’t take stuff like that at 1 am and expect to be up at 6.

Yeah no, that doesn't work. If I take any sleep aid I allow myself 9 - 10 hours to sleep to get it out of my system. I usually wake up after 8 - 9 hours when taking benadryl. Any earlier and I'm a zombie.

GM all. Great sleep (the Budweiser helped), and a great wakeup to this in a cabin full of family and best friends. Like Joe Walsh said...

    Reminds me of home.!
I don't track my sleep since that's just one more thing to worry about and lose sleep over. I function OK on 6 hours. I can sleep 8 w/o any trouble but there is always a pee break in there somewhere.
