No, not close to enough. Being just to the right of Marx or Mao is neither conservative, not protecting the Constitution.

First I do not know what the site's metrics or methods are. I consider it at best a comparative tool. Normally I do not use the graphs. I'm there to monitor votes and assess for myself if my servants are serving me.

Check Braun's page. That is what I want for all of them.

Really, I'm not interested in "conservatives", I demand Constitutionalists! I assess the votes of those who represent me based upon their adherence to the oath they swore, the party platform they ran on, and their campaign promises.

To me Braun has gotten better, while Young just keeps getting worse. My gut tells me Braun is starting to recognize the danger and has a little fight left. Young is part of the problem.
Be that as it may, Young is more than conservative enough for me to vote for him in order to gain and keep a majority in the Senate. Stamping one's foot, crossing one's arms and demanding Constitutional purity gets us donkey victories.

If he's all there is, yeah. I'll vote for him. It's a sucky system we have, but it's what we have. Primaries are the only way to get rid of people you think aren't serous enough to solve the problems that need solved. I'd drop him like a used rubber if an an anti-woke America-first candidate ran against him in a primary.

Well, that's how things stand. Voting for losers in the primaries, holding our collective nose, and voting for the lesser of two weevils in the general. But, in a fit of pique, throw away my vote and cede the country to the increasingly leftward-rushing donkeys? Not a ****ing chance.

Control of the Senate will be a close vote, and I about vomit every time I see Young's commercials

But it comes down to whether you want the Senate controlled by the Democrats, or whether you can tolerate having a Republican controlled Senate with RINO Young as a member.

It was Primary time when Young could've been replaced, but nobody seemed to care to put forth the effort.

I'll cast a write-in for No Confidence this time around. Young lost my vote, and I'll munch on broken glass before voting for McDermott. Is that "throwing away" my vote? You and I will have to agree to disagree on that. I vote my conscience and that's all there is to it.

I know I won't vote Democrat, because no matter how bad Young is, the Democrat will always be FAR worse.
And I'll either vote "none of the above", or write in my own name, as I know I could do a better job than Young (which isn't saying much).

Actually they did care and some wanted and tried to run against him but GOP said “NO!” So how are republicans to primary him out when a corrupt GOP won’t allow it.

If you cant vote R, and would rather stab yourself in the eye with a rusty fork than vote Democrat, then vote Libertarian if possible. Yeah, they wont win, but to get proper recognition for primaries, debates, etc. a party must get so many votes per election. (too lazy to look up the exact number) So it helps them. And they are now a HELL of a lot closer to reasonable than Dems are.

Voting Libertarian when you wont vote for either crooked party at least helps somebody. And who knows, at the rate the two parties slide farther and farther from reality (and what the founding fathers intended) the Libertarian may eventually give us all a life raft to get away from the crooked ones.

And in this case you cant use the "if I vote libertarian I'll be taking away votes from Republicans and the dem will win." You're already not voting for him so that ship has sailed. So whether you just dont vote for a Libertarian or just dont vote in that race, the outcome will be the same.

The only wasted vote is the one you dont cast. Dont waste your vote.

    Todd Young is a RINO?

I have to keep reminding myself that INGO's GP forum is not a representation of those that make up the whole of the GOP.
Yeah I mean voting with Democrats 36 times in the last 2 years should not make a republican a Rino. If a republican votes 37 times in two years with democrats then he's a Rino.

Now I completely understand thr difference.

Still looking forward to a Libertarian getting elected to "Secretary of State".
