Using this post as a launch point for a question. Musk spends ***$43 BILLION*** to buy Twitter and it is a big deal on all sides of the political spectrum. Zuckerberg spends over $450 million to buy an election and hardly anyone says a peep. Why?

Where are all the memes of Zman buying an election?
    Corrected the amount.

This is the truest statement in this entire thread.

I'm not so sure he really has the best in mind and heart.

Just because he's an attention whore and says the right things at the right time doesn't mean he doesn't have a secret agenda.
Good point. I've never really thought all of this was guaranteed to turn out how I would imagine it in the long run. But the entertainment value? That's making it all worth it for now. This is so delicious.

Ima tellin you, he gives off strong Bond villain vibes. His name, his looks, it's all there, man.

Did he buy Twitter because he wants to harness its massive amount of negative energy to create a weapon that he'll launch into space on one of his rockets to hold the entire world hostage until we ALL accept him as our ruler?

    I'm not sayin he did.

    But I'm not sayin didn't.

Maybe it's because what he was doing was preventing an election being stolen and it was an uncharacteristically good thing from him.

(I know, I don't expect you to believe that.)

Ok, I'm with you on that point.
I'm not a user, and I really could not care less if the whole thing goes up in smoke, so...

One of the few times I agree with you ;) .......but, if I would have mentioned something similar, someone surely would have mentioned my Tin Foil Hat .;)
Time will tell who`s side he is on .......
Reminds me ..........We could use a "Tin Foil Hat " emoji .

    IKR!

I hope he has a lair under a volcano with henchmen.

Or space! Moonraker sucked as a movie, so maybe he's making a better version in real life.

You believe that Zbucks prevented the stealing of an election? To keep whom from stealing it? How were they preventing the theft?

Many of us need a tin foil baseball cap to reflect some of the signals we receive so JK and others conservatives can get a stronger signal..

Twitter Locks Changes To Site To Stop ‘Rogue’ Employees From Sabotaging Platform After Musk Buyout

I was wondering what was going to happen here, when you are dealing with petulant children you have to be one step ahead of them.
Better solution: track all of the platform changes so that anyone caught trying to sabotage the platform gets canned.

Elon could even bring in Trump as a consultant to do it.

Put that on Pay-per-view and he'd recoup a big chunk of his investment right away.
