Sucks that a main character dies, but it does give credence as to why they settle where they do.
    She was that shows "Beth".
Also sucks that we have to wait til 1923 for an update on the storyline.
Kid's gonna be in his 40s by then. Quite a bit will have happened.

Tonight, if all goes to plan will be the last three episodes. I do not want this to end! I was reading that they suspect that Sheridan will create other series as part of the Yellowstone franchise. We already have 1883 and 1932 coming. The next could be 1894 when the family established the ranch.

We have watched 6 episodes so far. The new lover/boyfriend is dead. She ended the bad guy, and it was pretty realistic.
No, we don't want it to end either, but the promise of 1932 brings hope. Now I wonder how Yellowstone will hold up against this work.

We are exactly at the same point in the show.

Interesting question, the wife likes 1883 better. As much as so many of us like Beth, she is over the top for my wife, and I suspect many women…

Realize 1st she is a character in a series and reality would have her shut down in real life except for her power and money.
I dated a girl that was her clone back in my heyday. Red hair freckles and attitude.......:wow:

    Can't stand her.

I will usually turn off a show that depicts graphic violence towards women. Just makes me feel icky. But the episode where Beth takes a beatin didn't bother me a bit.

As for 1883, we are at episode 7. The wife isn't enjoying it very much. I think it's great. She's gonna hate how ends.

I think the acting in it is really good. I've been really impressed with Tim McGraw. The one exception in the cast for me is Faith Hill. She's just not a very good actress.

We watched #6 tonight and man it was great.
I have to give Faith at least a thumbs up for her part and how she plays it as I don't care much for her by what I have seen and read. Tim M. does his part really well. Of course, Sam is stellar as always. It is all in how we see these characters through our own eyes. CKW did not want to binge the last 3 parts, so we watched just #6. She does not want it to end right away so we will do singles on the last 2.

Just finished, as told, great show. One of the best ever. Glad to see Sam in this rather than remember The Ranch as one of his last.

Very sad ending. Really liked 1883. Wonder how they got Tim McGraw to handle a gun :lmfao:
    Money.
    Always follow the money.

    Finished #7 tonight.
Only issue I have is they put down 15 bad guys and left all the horses and gear when so many needed it.
    Guns/Ammo/horses and Tac/coats /blankets and so on.
    Maybe it’s just me.
But I have seriously liked it so far. I know tomorrow will be sad.

I told my wife the same thing. When they are out in the middle of no where with no stores for miles. I would think back then they would have taken everything from those that didn’t need it anymore.
