There's nothing in the first amendment stating government can't disseminate information. The fact that people can go into a public forum and call a (elected) president a "dictator" (and say many other things), shows the 1A is alive and well.

This forum and many others have so far evaded the government’s hand in the censoring of information. I don’t expect that to last forever and neither should you. The press secretary has made it clear that free speech will be taken down and censored in the name of “public health”
