Dunno if this has been posted or not yet, but I just discovered something.

If you directly paste a url into the reply box, rather than using the link button, it posts some of the linked page, beyond just the link.
The more I look at this the more I like it. Gives the reader info from the link to determine whether following the link is usefull or waste of time. In the old format there was a lot more copy/pasting to get a similar result. This is easy...

I think this shows you threads you're watching, the bell to the right of the envelope does the same thing for me

i just now am seeing the change(s). Like anything, most likely, once I get over whining about every thing changing and use the site for awhile it will come easier to manipulate. C7FEA5EF-DB6E-4593-886D-0645B6B78C12.gif

Testing to see if I can attach a pic

Double clicking the bell takes you to the same alerts page with less steps... ;)

On PC, clicking "Latest Posts" (above where it lists the 4 latest posts) brings up the "What's New" dialog from the top bar, but jumps to the latest posts section (and lists all of the posts you haven't read, in timeline order).

Also, this view appears to show pictures in the preview so you can see the joke pic threads without going into them. Handy.

Ehhh... Looked like it worked that way a minute ago? I must have done something else...

IDK if this has been posted or not but is the 50 post or Site supporter rule to send PM's not in effect now since we switched to conversations?

I received a conversation started by someone that just joined yesterday 12-28-20 inquiring about an ad I had posted in the classifieds.

I noticed SEARCH function is just, wrong. Was looking for a past thread, that I commented in, and I'm not there and I could not find the thread at all.

    Anyone else having that fun?
