Man, open carry has been legal in Indiana for how many years? And then there's this guy. Hard to believe he could be so uninformed on this point of the law. But every profession has them. Too bad, but kudos to you for handling it very well.

Maybe one of the lawyers can correct me, but I don't believe it's ever been illegal in Indiana.

Well, I had a LEO tell me the LTCH was only for buying a gun, and keeping it on your property.
That was decades ago though. In the 90s.

There was also Merrillville PD officer that was pulling over every car of a certain make/color.
I think it was Teal Geo.
Someone in a car similar had yelled at his wife/daughter/girlfriend, and he wanted to threaten everyone driving one on 61st, near I 65.
He pulled over one of my frineds. Who then went to the PD to report it.
