Probably depends on where you live!

Take a poll of cops in NYC, San Francsico, or some other bastion of "freedom" and I suspect that most will not agree with the average Indiana police officer on this issue.

A PO that does not know the law scares me. I reside in the South Bend. The SBPD has been wreckless in the past years... with racist recordings, (never released to the public)
firings, and questionable high speed responses causing the death of young mother. Thanks for story and composure. It is good Idea to carry a laminated copy of the CC/IC.
