Apple has an infatuation with making "improvements" to iTunes which invariably make it more difficult to navigate.

I hate the "improvements" to ITunes. Takes at least 30 minutes to figure out how to navigate the new format. This is a first world problem worthy of a major tantrum, with screaming and gnashing of teeth.
