None of those sound like policy positions or failures to convey them properly. As for critiquing Trump, the only failing move at this point would be to attack the guy who is all but a shoe in candidate.
When Trump gets convicted, (if the polls aren’t some sort of Psy-op), the next guy up will have to assume the nomination.
