I knew a guy that claimed he shot a 3 shot group of .25 inches edge to edge with a .308 at 100 yards.

Maybe possible with a 22 but not with a 308.

Well its more the fact that its not even possible no matter how good a shot you are. If each bullet landed right in the same spot it would measure .3+
