Never used them but I bought a box that someone put out 30 or more years ago. Thought they might end up worth more than I paid for them.

Some use them for high power 12ga rifles. Custom made rifles, niche sport. There was a post on here awhile back.
Commonly called the “From Hell” series. 12ga most common. They use heavy machined hulls, such as from Rocky Mountain. The Magtech are thin, ballon-head style and won’t take nearly as much pressure. Forming 24ga ones into 577/450 M-H, an old low pressure cartridge that is still higher than 12ga shotgun, is about their limit.

Still have some, My granddad would load for me 60 years ago in a Parker doubled barrel, twist steel barrel. Still have the gun and shells. I would go out in the Grainery and pick out the small soybeans. Grand dad would hand load those shells for me, and I would shoot pigeons in the barn.
