The drink was an old fashioned made with horse soldier. My cocktail making machine always does a great job.Was the drink good at least?

What is that? Been leaning more mild. Not a big mild cigar guy, generally like the full bodied stuff but this was good!
It is a Dunbarton Sobremesa Brulee. It was fantastic! Here are my recommendations if you like milder cigars:What is that? Been leaning more mild.
Was at a good cigar shop in Tucson and asked for a milder cigar like San Cristobal or Zino platinum. Ended up with some Caldwells that aren't online I could find. Had a wagon wheel on it and was really a great smoke.

Wow thanks. I'm starting to lean more often to mild. Need to order more so this really helps. I looked them up. Probably only had a the Olivia but the rest look quite interesting and I'll probably get an array to sample. It is a Dunbarton Sobremesa Brulee. It was fantastic! Here are my recommendations if you like milder cigars:
- Dunbarton Sobremesa Brulee (Or the rarer Brulee Blue)
- Perdomo 10th anniversary Champaign
- Oliva Connecticut
- Kristoff Connecticut
And if you want a special occasion, but out of those world cigar (and you will pay for it):
-Atabey (any of sizes are all great but I like the Brujos and Ritos a lot)
-Alfonso
I like the cigar authority website/podcast. Great entertainment and some good info to be had on there at times too.Wow thanks. I'm starting to lean more often to mild. My two cigar friends used to get Cuban Cohibas and others shipped from Canada so the Atabey Brujos review caught my attention.
I've paid $25 a stick for special occasion but the Ritos look double that.
Last cigar I had with friends, which they gave me and a special occasion box I'd bought previously. Good times.

Another go to stick…
Great stick. Otherwise known a The Digger.
“A little while back, a diehard La Flor Dominicana fan came up to brand owner Litto Gomez and explained to him that as much as he loved the La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero 700, a 6 1/2 x 60 cigar, he really wanted the flavor to be extended a couple of inches. A few weeks later, Litto shipped the man some cigars that were close to nine inches long and the man loved them. The man's nickname was "Digger" and so the legend of Digger began. Introduced in the spring of 2011 in a limited natured, the La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Digger is a blend of Dominican binder and fillers with a hearty Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, and it's a monstrous 8 1/2 x 60.“
“For the LFD fan, Digger does not disappoint. It's hearty leathers, cocoa, woods and that classic Dominican pepper that Litto Gomez has made his signature, only in supersized form. For most, Digger is around three hours of smoking enjoyment, making the pricepoint quite a bargain. The demand for Digger forced Litto Gomez to make it a regular production line, which also give birth to a natural version featuring an Ecuadorian wrapper. The issue was, Litto was having difficulty finding big enough Broadleaf for the wrapper. For the LFD fan who enjoys full flavor, full body and full strength, Digger is a perfect match, assuming you've got some time on your hands.”
About all I like…It is particularly good in Maduro.
