Oh,oh I chose your number 5 grip.:) Not a good way to start. What is your number one stock and hand guard?

#1 stock would be the LMT SOPMOD or the B5 version ETA: Magpul STR

#1 hand guard (non rail) would be the MOE

#2 hand guard (railed, drop in) the KAC RAS (carbine)

Free floats would be a toss up :):

Cool. That's the hand guard I was planning on. Was looking at CTR stock. I will look at the LMT.

Me too. I just wish you could order the system with the front/backstrap configuration of your choice, just to avoid having all those extra pieces laying around every time you buy a grip. I'd pay a premium for that.

Hey, missed you on Sunday. Thanks for holding on to that AR lower for me! Came and got it and a grip on Sunday.

I have bought into the Magpul Koolaid. MOE or MIAD for me.

I wish they would still make the MIAD with the trigger guard. The MOE trigger guard isn't completely flush.

I like the MIAD, but the MOE+ is really comfy too.

I need to try the MOE+ in more scenarios, it might replace my MIAD

I like something with no finger grooves and a rubbery surface. For a while that meant the Ergo Suregrip, which has low-profile finger grooves. Now it means the Magpul MOE+.

Exactly what I did when I got my AR (first and only one. It was a learning experience). That A2 grip, I think that's the name, got the finger groove/bump at the wrong place. My ring finger is riding right on it. The MOE+ fixed the problem perfectly, with great traction. Though, the screw that came with the Magpul grip, sucked big time. They put some weird glue on it that made the screw impossible to turn. I had no choice but to try the original screw, which was a bit longer than Magpul's, it worked...

MagPul MIAD old kit w/ intergral trigger guard, newer MIAD grip w/o trigger guard, MOE and now a couple of MOE+ grips.... really liking the MOE+ grips !!!

I do put the MagPul trigger guards on them all too.
