Not one of the 1359 previously infected subjects who remained unvaccinated had a SARS-CoV-2 infection over the duration of the study. In a Cox proportional hazards regression model, after adjusting for the phase of the epidemic, vaccination was associated with a significantly lower risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection among those not previously infected (HR 0.031, 95% CI 0.015 to 0.061) but not among those previously infected (HR 0.313, 95% CI 0 to Infinity).

Conclusions Individuals who have had SARS-CoV-2 infection are unlikely to benefit from COVID-19 vaccination, and vaccines can be safely prioritized to those who have not been infected before.

It isn't so much a bashing of the vaccine as it is a thrashing of .gov overreach from a historical-legal-precedent view. I think even the ardent believers in 'Science!' (by decree) might gain some perspective.

Well, one has to wonder if "end poorly" is the goal for a lot of these measures.

Sooner or later there will be "the straw that broke the camels back," a violent incident will occur in relation to some anti-mandate protest, and that will give state/feds all the justification to crack down even harder on those who resist government coercion, "FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE" of course.

1. 270 cases reported 32 as spontaneous abortions. One report was twins.

2. Looking at the amount of AE's recorded for the 42,000+ is jaw dropping. What's worse, out of the recorded AE about 1:37 is death.
