Breaking news that vaccines which were never represented to be 100% effective aren't 100% effective.
Your truth complimented by the parts left out is made more accurate by those parts left out. So:

Breaking news that the vaccines, which were claimed to be 95% effective, aren’t anywhere close to that after 6 months.

Breaking news that natural immunity, which was claimed to be much less durable and much less effective than immunity from vaccines, is actually way more durable and and way more effective than vaccines alone.

But then that’s fewer shots in people’s arms paid for by government with zero liability. How much of that $7.something billion made by Pfiser in the first 6 months, would have been reduced if everyone who recovered from covid had known they didn’t need the vaccine after all? Answer: ~$1.5 Billion.

It looks to me like “follow the science” has some stiff competition from “follow the money”.

    Was there ever any doubt?

...because they they are comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated as it is not ethical to give someone the virus.

the issue is what to do moving forward and purposely giving people the virus isn't part of that.
The point about natural immunity isn’t that people should go right out and try to get covid instead of getting the shot. That would be foolish. The point is that the sniveling vaccinated ****suckers wanting to punish all the unvaccinated, including those with natural immunity, have immunity far less than the 10’s of millions of people with natural immunity.

Where did that statistic come from? The same CDC that's lying about everything else?
Oh. That number is ********. Depending on how you filter it. The CFR is closer to 2% overall. So 98%. But if you consider age, for people under 60 it’s allot closer to 99.7%. And if you consider the treatments that elites like Joe Rogan get, it’s probably over 99.7%.

I’d say a 99.8% average chance of survival is pretty accurate.

A nice gem from the factcheck.org article about the DeSantis meme I posted earlier.

“We know that the vaccines currently in use have been tremendously effective in preventing hospitalizations and death,” Schwartz said. “They all but eliminate the outcomes of COVID-19 that have been so catastrophic.”

So, they don’t eliminate the catastrophic outcomes? So, what’s the point again?
Eh, that’s a figure of speech that now means “almost”. So it’s basically saying that vaccines have almost eliminate bad outcomes.

Exactly. But still 100s of thousands of people have died from covid. Let’s not ignore that, if we’re being honest.
Agree, their lives are a loss and it’s sad, I hope people pay for not letting loved ones see their last days, but the statistics are still statistics. Their deaths don’t mean we ignore the statistics, like the fact check suggests we do.
