Pointing out the illogical isn't difficult.

The most basic function of a society is to find a way other than hostility to progress the citizens of that society.

As to insults, it depends entirely on the 'Opinion' being broadcast.
Ignorance can be educated, flaws pointed out, new information applied, and a new rationalization conceived.

Stupid can't be fixed.
If one accepts a dogma and will not consider any facts that refute that dogma, then there is nothing you can do with them.

That's not at all what I wrote and you full well know it.

The entire point if the dissertation was to point out we have differences and some levels of self rule.

That would be reason for treaties, trade tariffs, borders, immigration, government from local level to national level.

If someone doesn't want to fully participate in society, there isn't much anyone can do about that.

If someone can't understand they have to live with others, respect those person's rights, then we have a legal system to deal with it so they don't harm themselves or others.
