Sausage patties, over medium eggs, taters with peppers, onions and ham, covered in melted cheddar.

    What are you having?

It was a sad day in the Snappy-D house, for there was no bacon. I had to fry some deli ham in the skillet with my eggs.

Poached eggs and toast. No breakfast meats available at Casa de Chez this morning. :(

I'm off to over-confidently barrel head first into mudding my freshly hung drywall.

...this will end badly/at least in an epic mess.

I found one of those Banquet pot pies filled with delicious sausage gravy. Add to that, I sliced and fried up a left over baked potato. Then two eggs over easy.

So people actually eat breakfast? I had some highly nutritious Belvita Cranberry Orange breakfast wafer things with lots of coffee.

I'm in Tennessee for a few days, this morning, it was cat head biscuits and gravy, country ham, and a few eggs over easy. 10 miles of humping it through the mountains in a downpour, lots of Yuengling tonight, and Ima gonna do it all over again tomorrow!

I made Pancakes with sprinkles in them and added some whip cream on top for my kids this morning. My version of Perkins Rainbow Pancakes. I like to think they like mine better because it is made by DAD. Also made some nice Thick Cut bacon and omelet for my wife and myself.
