Digging into the parts stash I found these. Never mounted QA-1's. Single adjustable sprung for my 70 Camaro. If any of you need these or you know of any one they are ready to be abused. Let me know. I will cut someone a smoking deal on them

What in the world does your guy do for a living......
    Single for starters.
-Owns several rental property's and flips real estate.
-Has 4 or 5 rigs that move cars from point "A" to point "B" and from auctions.
-Has 2 crews that clean up construction sites when the work is done to get facility's ready to occupy.
-Flips cars/trucks constantly. I never know what he will be driving from one day to the next.

    -Nope, does not sling dope.

No box. Let me look at the shocks.
What is the collapsed and extended on the shocks? I may be interested.
The 64 is the last car on my bucket list. Much like my Henry and the dually, I have wanted one since I was a child. A childhood friends dad had a Daytona Blue SS which is what mine will be when it happens.
Cant wait to see your progress.

Progress but this is anything "BUT" a bolt on....:):
Nothing is tight. Needs to be finalized. The caliper does not sit centered on the rotor.

    Beautiful
I had some serious help from the terrorist's today after "E" school.
T-T put the rotors on the hats. She laid out the parts for me.
MyMy put the top ball joints in the mounts and I helped her tighten them down. They get to see an Old school come together from the ground up.

    And they get to help.

So today I attempt to center the caliper on the rotor and thats is not going to happen with any of the spacers supplied in what looks to be a very well thought out kit. After about an hour of together apart....measure repeat I opted to do it the ATP racing way.
    \
Used my Verns and drew up a plan.
Made new spacers on the lathe and with the able bodied help of terrorist MyMy and some liberal clearencing with an angle grinder everything is fit up. You can see the new ally spacers deep in the pic. IMG_4192.jpg IMG_4193.jpg
Took it apart again and started the safety wiring process.

Do the inside pistons have the same amount of travel as outside?
It's hard to tell from the pics if the stand offs are of equal length or if the outside is longer to account for the disc thickness. Either way it sure looks good.

The rotor has to be dead center. Pads are the same thickness.
