That is absolutely tragic. Society is selling these people a false bill of goods and they're too emotionally unsure and unstable to realize it.

I liked one of the Twitter comments on the irony around the fact that this woman likely thought of herself as a man trapped in a woman's body before her "transition" and now finds herself a woman trapped in a man's body.
