Yeah, there was some video a while back of them eating their own at a meeting. But I cant recall whether it was a meeting of LGBTs or communists. They were just arguing amongst themselves and the speaker was being reprimanded for using wrong words.

Yeah. I’ve watched some of those videos. Anyone that spends all their time refining, and arguing about the fine details of made up ******** is NOT oppressed in any sense.

Things like this make me wonder if there is some sort of "woke contest" among today's legal leadership, see who can release the most or the worst criminals for points in some game we don't understand.

All I can say is that people that elect judges like that deserve what will surely follow.

She ran UNOPPOSED. She still only got 30.7% of the vote. Now everyone is subjected to her. This is but one example of an Enormous problem that can not be overstated. The judges are supposed to be the answer, and they are the problem.

How does a judge get on the ballot in the first place? Via the political party.
How are they selected? Party pleasure (and often they are the only ones willing, as other lawyers are busy mining money).
How are they elected? When voters just pull the big lever for a party's whole ticket.
How can a voter evaluate a candidate for the bench? ... blank stare ...
How are they held accountable? ... silence ...

rant on...and on...and on...

We have to find a solution, but it's hard to find a real place to start. So, in the mean time, I suggest always voting NO to all incumbent judges. At least they'll rotate, like chain of command in the military, before getting too entrenched.
