A dimocrat proposing a government takeover of private enterprise. What else is new?

That would eliminate 100% of the conservative news outlets, and about 10% of the liberal ones (like anybody watches MSNBC ).

They are panicking. When FNC had the highest election night ratings even beating the great networks, they realized how far this had gone. I just wonder how much change we will see at NBC when Comcast takes over. But that is just an aside. The libs have owned the news for so long they don't know how to deal with this.

Between the rock and that hardplace
Only Fox and MSNBC?:n00b: If you got rid of MSNBC how would that affect anything, no one watches them. I'd like for him to explain HOW shutting down these two networks would make Congress' job easier. If "everyone" is watching Fox, and the Congress legislated AGAINST the will of the people like they have over the last two years, how is Fox and MSNBC making their job harder?

Funny he didn't mention ABC, CBS, or NBC. Does anyone think there is any difference between those three networks and MSNBC? And then to mention John F. Kerry.... as an "expert". Man THAT'S rich. He's like Al Gore, neither one of them could find their a** in the dark with a flashlight.

Tyrannical idiot. How does the FCC have any jurisdiction over those two programs? They have nothing to do with the airwaves, they're sold to cable and satellite companies.
