dump truck with dump bed raised. Happens rather frequently. Why in construction zones you often see “caution overhead lines” signs.

That's what it looked like to me. Dude rolling down the highway with his bed up. Probably confused him for a bit when he hit the sign. Like "WTF? Oh. ****"

I hate to be a “Denny”, but the first photo has a sign that is in English, and it mentions “miles”, so it most likely IS in the US. The second photo, going by the license plate, people, and truck brand, is most likely not in the US. So, at least you are half right, and I get a half “Denny”

The comment was towards the first picture and the member I quoted. The pics I posted were just more examples, location not withstanding. I could have been a little more clear on my post.
