It is very comparable to the Diamondback Tactical 6-24 IMHO

This might be what I would buy instead of the Swampfox...but the turrets are massive.

I stayed at HHRP for 4.5 hours today. Just got home. Got in lots of shooting and visiting. VERY nice day for it. Offered to buy 88's Tikka for tree-fiddy but got turned down. He acted like that rifle was a shooter...

I told you that was just one shot that keyholed slightly. I thought my offer was generous for a .308 that won't even shoot 200 yards without keyholing.

Received my single shot adapter for the CZ 457 today. Kinda geeked out by it. Really well made to tight tolerances.

PWNolan over at Rimfire Central is the seller, but he sells on Ebay as well.





As you can see, it allows the bullet to enter the chamber undisturbed and uninfluenced by magazine spring pressure or a feedramp, it just goes straight in.

Thanks to @KMaC who warned me that MCF&G is having range maintenance through 15-May and saved me from getting out there and the range being closed. Good reminder to check their calendar before making plans.
