Supposedly wearing an S-vest as well, maybe a dummy vest. Interesting that there were so many undercover armed officers close at hand. I counted close to 6 with there masks and manpurses and unmarked Bimmers?

I guess Johnny Jihad was under active surveillance which explains why so many plainclothes shooters so fast. He was wearing a dummy S-vest as well.
