Scary and infuriating when you think about. I clicked the link to the incident in Las Vegas and read that. It was as bad or worse that the in the OP.

This stuff has to be stopped soon before Obammer and the rest of the local PD's think that they can do this shiite with impunity. It looks like in Vegas the plaintiffs have almost a laundry list of charges in their suit against the PD and the officers. Hope they get EVERYTHING that they are looking for. That crap must be put down and those involved as well as those that put those policies in place need to be drilled through the floor.

No kidding, the police are more of a bother than actual criminals at this point.

technically true. I would think illegal seizure would be more accurate. They took control and removed the homeowner. That sounds like seizure to me.
