Smith and Wesson Model 27-2 with 8 3/4" barrel for sale. I got this off gunbroker a year or so ago and its been sitting in the safe ever since. I put maybe 15 rounds through it. The lock up, hammer, and trigger are all very tight. Seems like the gun has been used very little. It came with some aftermarket grips when I got it. I found the smaller old style grips on ebay and put them on. I also have some of the smaller size grips from altamont.
There is a scratch in the bluing on the under side of the barrel (last picture). There is also a scratch where the barrel is threaded in (2nd last picture). I'm not sure how someone could have done that... Anyways, the gun is a shooter and is in really good functional order, but some cosmetic blemishes.
Face to face sell near Dubois County. I make occasional trips to Indy, so may be able to meet around there, just let me know what you have in mind.
