Before the last 1500 I posted a thread for our shopping lists and many of us found what we needed before the actual event. Others connected with people to help them find some good stuff at the show. While others, we able to come up with a list to keep them from overspending. So, now that Santa has filled your pockets, what do you need/want from the 1500 (Welcome to the Indy 1500 Gun & Knife Show)?

    Here is my list:

    1. Ammo - .45 (500 rds), [STRIKE].308 (250 rds)[/STRIKE]
    2. Knives - [STRIKE]Busse[/STRIKE], ESEE HEST Folder, BK9
    3. Holsters - Raven for Security Six, and something for my 1911 to use for matches
    4. Small INGO patches
    5. Magazines - 1911, S&W .22
    6. Flashlight
    7. Electronic Hearing Protection
    8. Tac Ops Drag Bag
    9. PMags

    That should do it!

I made it to every 1500 this year, and always seemed to walk out with some kind of reloading gear....I'll definately be on the lookout for:

    Deals on brass/bullets
    Hi-power scope for the R700
Been thinkin about a new upper assy. for the AR

I'll also be drooling over all the 1911's as usual!!!

I was going to buy a .308 bolt action rifle and a 1911, but it will have to wait until the march 1500 because I have to go to Oregon.

No actually, its to say I am going to go pickup a Storm case I bought from 21st Century, and some 45 acp lead bullets. thats it.

I'm not sure how people have money after Xmas.

If I make it down there I'll probably inquire at the Busse booth how much it is to refurb my SH (which will probably cost more than a new knife). I might also get a magazine holder from Raven. That's pretty much it and already over muy budget. If it weren't for those two things I wouldn't bother going. I can get good deals online without wasting six hours of driving and parking and such to not really find many deals.
