Got home tonight from a long tiring day and I'm greeted with a glass of Merlot and a shrimp cocktail. Finished those and took a short nap and awake to rare sirloin steaks and broiled asparagus. This on the day of our 42nd anniversary. She presented me with a nice letter extolling our long loving history which actually began on the island of Guam. I think I'm in love! I presented her with her very own Glock 23, since she has admired mine for several years. Now if we can just get to 50.
so what you're saying is, its worth sticking around, because you'll get steak? ;)

18 months right here... only 40.5 years until my steak!

We will celebrate 8 years in August. We've been together 20. We both had some trust issues after divorcing our first spouses. We finally decided we needed to make it official and never looked back.

Married 14 this june and been together for 16 this May. Known each other for about 24 met in 4-H and started dating when we met up again at IUPUI. So at 35 and 37 respectively we have known and been together longer than without so not sure what I would do without my rock.
