    FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) — A man is dead after being shot by the resident of an apartment on Reed Road in Fort Wayne late Thursday night.
    Police say the victim broke into a unit while holding a gun at the Black Bear Creek Apartment complex. A person inside the apartment shot the intruder. The victim collapsed outside of the building before being taken to a local hospital, where he died.

    One in critical condition after shooting

    The reporter mentions that they are doing a story on Indiana self defense laws on WANE15 tonight. I'll have to watch because I just made plans to have dinner with her next week.

    The resident of the apartment pulled out a handgun of his own and shot Lee, who then collapsed outside of the building before being taken to a local hospital

    Looks like they updated the article to remove the 'victim' label.

    Thank God for the Legislative action taken and upholding our second and fourth ammendment rights in this state...

    As for Money17, it won't make a difference till the perps pile up and the families of the perps stop caring. There is a difference between us and perps for sure. I would teach my son how to open a door, where as a perp teaches his kid how to pick the lock or break in the door with a kick. The families don't want to handle their parenting responsibilities, because they are too high on government subsidized ilicit drugs.
